These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Radicl Services platform and related operational services.

Service Delivery

Radicl agrees to provide on-demand operations services subject to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Turnaround times referenced (e.g., 24-72 hours) are targets and subject to standard force majeure conditions.

Accountability

While we guarantee high-quality deliverables, final permit approvals are subject to AHJ discretion. Radicl provides support throughout the review process.
