Radicl was built to fix the broken back-end of field services. Since 2021, we've helped residential solar, roofing, insurance, and O&M operators run cleaner, faster, and with fewer moving parts. The field services industry has a talent and execution problem, and we built a platform that addresses it at the infrastructure level.

AI is now central to how we operate, and we're building the systems to prove it.

The Role

We're looking for a Head of AI Innovation to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI systems that make Radicl sharper across every function. This is an internal-facing role, meaning you're not building for customers, you're building for the business. Smarter operations, faster decision-making, better tooling for our team and our platform.

You'll report directly to the CEO and have real visibility into every corner of the company. You'll work alongside a lean, high-output team that ships things and moves fast.

This role is for someone who is equally comfortable writing code and presenting strategy. You'll be a builder right now, and a team leader as we grow.

What You'll Do

• ▪Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage AI opportunities across Radicl's operations, workflows, and platform infrastructure
• ▪Design and build AI-powered systems, automations, and tools that reduce friction and increase throughput across the business
• ▪Translate complex technical work into clear recommendations for leadership and the broader team
• ▪Own the AI roadmap and evolve it as the company scales
• ▪Eventually hire, direct, and develop an AI function as the need grows

What We're Looking For

• ▪Proven experience building and deploying AI systems in a production environment, not just experimenting with them
• ▪Strong engineering foundation with the ability to work across APIs, LLMs, automation pipelines, and internal tooling
• ▪Comfort operating without a large team around you, at least for now
• ▪The ability to think strategically about where AI creates real operational value and act on it without needing a roadmap handed to you
• ▪Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
• ▪Experience in field services, home services, construction, or adjacent industries is a plus, but not required
