Full-Stack Developer.

Radicl builds the operational infrastructure for solar and home services companies. When a contractor needs images, information, or work performed on a home, our platform makes it happen. We dispatch the right person, run live quality control while they're on-site, and turn that data into the deliverables they need, on demand.

Since 2022 we've supported 20,000+ homes nationwide with a 98.7% first-time approval rate. At the center of it all is the software that handles dispatch, agent matching, real-time QC, customer dashboards, payments, and homeowner communication in one place.

The Role

We're looking for an early-career full-stack developer with one to three years of experience to join a small, fast-moving team.

The first couple of months will focus on bug fixes, cleanup, and improvements across the app and API. That's the fastest way to understand the system and build trust on both sides.

From there, you'll take on larger features. Mobile work across iOS and Android, integrations with customer tools, and core platform improvements. There's no shortage of meaningful work.

You'll work directly with the CTO. We keep the process lightweight. We talk through what matters, plan, build, and ship quickly. As the team grows, so does the role. People who consistently deliver solid work and build trust will have opportunities to take on more ownership over time.

What You'll Do

• ▪Ship bug fixes, cleanup, and quality improvements across the web app and API in your first months
• ▪Build new features end to end, from data model and API to UI, across web and mobile
• ▪Contribute to iOS today and Android as we expand mobile coverage
• ▪Help integrate Radicl with the customer tools and external systems contractors already rely on
• ▪Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience as the platform scales
• ▪Use AI tools thoughtfully to move faster without giving up quality or judgment

What We're Looking For

• ▪One to three years of experience, whether professional, freelance, or strong personal projects
• ▪Comfort with TypeScript, React, and Node in a collaborative codebase
• ▪A habit of thinking through problems before writing code, and pushing back when something doesn't make sense
• ▪Real experience using AI tools for development, with clear opinions on how to use them well
• ▪Reliable and self-directed: you follow through and you flag it early when you're stuck
• ▪Based in Utah is a strong plus

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $70K to $85K, depending on experience. We offer medical coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k). You'll also get real ownership of your work, direct access to the CTO, and the kind of scope that doesn't exist at a larger company.
